Introduction to Mindfulness @ N204B Bennett Centre
Nov 4 @ 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Do your worries about the past and the future get in the way of enjoyment of the present

Do you pre-judge situations?

If you answered yes, this Mindfulness workshop may help you learn to be in the present and to deal with your negative thoughts. Mindfulness is a practice that can lead to better stress management, decreased anxiety, increased concentration and more balanced interaction with everyday situations.

This introductory workshop is a partnership between Personal Counselling Services and MHDS. It is open to all MHDS students and will include both experiential and lecture components.
